LOG IN TROUBLESHOOTING

If you are having trouble logging in, please see common issues and resolutions below. If you are still having issues, please contact the Sports, Inc. office by calling (406) 538-3496 and leaving a voicemail in the general inbox, or by emailing info@hq.sportsinc.com.

What button do I click to log in? 

If you buy goods through wholesalers and distributors and resell to consumers, you are a DEALER.

Dealers are our members. Dealers pay dues to and own stock in Sports, Inc. and generally operate retail stores that sell to the public, or they sell directly to organizations such as schools and leagues. 

Dealers logging in to SportsWeb for the first time will need to use the username and password provided to them in their onboarding email. Dealers who have previously logged in with their username and password that wish to log in with Google SSO will need to make sure their Google account matches the email they provided Sports, Inc. for a SportsWeb login. 

Only dealers who currently belong to Sports, Inc. can access our internal website. If you would like to be considered for Sports, Inc. membership, please submit your company profile using form.

If you manufacture goods for resale or sell goods to retailers, you are a SUPPLIER. 

Suppliers can request a Vendor login by contacting Sports, Inc. through the online contact form or by emailing info@hq.sportsinc.com. Only suppliers who currently do business with Sports, Inc. have access to our Vendor Portal. If you are a new supplier who would like to do business with Sports, Inc., please submit your company profile using this form.

Why do I keep getting kicked back to the homepage?

Dealers logging in to SportsWeb for the first time will need to use the username and password provided to them in their onboarding email. Once you have logged in successfully with that username and password, you are able to use Google to log in ONLY IF your Google account matches the email address on file for SportsWeb. 

Dealers who have previously logged in with their username and password that wish to log in with Google will need to make sure their Google account matches the email they provided Sports, Inc. for a SportsWeb login. 

I've been locked out due to too many log-in attempts. How do I get my account unlocked?

 

If you made too many incorrect log-in attempts and are now locked out, please contact your store's MDR to unlock your account. If you do not know who that is, please email info@hq.sportsinc.com.
